how to stop snoring with out any surgery?

"Have you done a sleep study? Snoring is sometimes a sign of sleep apnea. People with sleep apnea often have loud snoring. However, not everyone who snores has sleep apnea. Some people with sleep apnea don’t know they snore.
There is no surgery, just a night at a sleep clinic or hospital and a CPAP machine."
